Ira Shraberman uses photography as a documentary instrument, personal and intimate; she can record and share her life and her various experiences. Her expertise of everyday photography affords her creativity many degrees of freedom. With her portrayals, Ira successfully introduces the viewer to the depths of her soul, and by doing so, she breaches the boundaries of ‘political correctness’ and visual norms. Ira is a graduate from the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem.
