Tomer Azulay dismantles and assembles urban environments, as means to investigate photography and its relationship to other media, such as paint, sculpture, architecture and cinema. As an urban ‘wanderer’, Azulay captures images intuitively until he gathers the arsenal necessary to create new spaces. Tomer holds a baccalaureate from the Photography Department at the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem, and has completed a graduate program at The School of Art – Hamidrasha Beit Berl.
